New faces welcome
New to the industry? No problem. You’ll be working closely with our experienced consultants. Starting as a resourcer, you’ll be trained to spot a good candidate – CV searching, writing adverts, managing responses, telephone screening and interviewing candidates. You’ll even be given the chance to train in the art of business development and client management. As a friendly, family-owned company, it won’t be too long before you feel right at home here.
What you’ll need to join us
- degree level qualification (ideally in a scientific or related subject), or a years experience in a sales environment
- exceptional communication skills
- strong organisational skills
- flair for developing business and building relationships
- professional manner and approach
- be proactive, ambitious and have a drive to succeed
